The body exists in infinite expressions, and all are art.

Welcome to a sketchbook created to celebrate fashion, creativity and the power of every body.

Our world has spent far too long asking people to shrink themselves.

Shrink their bodies. Shrink their creativity. Shrink their perspective.

POWER FORM© was created to do the opposite.

Power Form honors the power of individuality, creativity and the art of being seen in all forms.

This book began as a deeply personal passion project rooted in one simple belief: every body deserves to be seen in design. I knew this when I committed to studying graphic design at art school years ago, and as I entered the graphic design industry soon after.

Now, as a mother raising a creative daughter, I am being reminded about the impact of imagery—the kinds of images young artists feel before they ever realize they are absorbing them. The fashion figures they trace. The silhouettes they study. The bodies they learn are “worthy” of being designed for. And most of them tell the same story: One body. One standard. One narrow definition of beauty.

At the same time, my own journey into curvy modeling was reshaping how I saw visibility, confidence, and representation firsthand. I experienced what it meant to take up space in industries that often reward sameness. I also saw how powerful it can be when people finally recognize themselves inside creative spaces they once felt excluded from.

And that became the heart of POWER FORM: Not just a sketchbook. A creative invitation.

Power Form was designed to help young creatives build relationship with their own voice. What inspires you? What do you want your designs to say? Who are you creating for? What stories deserve more visibility?

Those questions matter. Especially for young creatives growing up in a world that constantly tells them who they should be before they have the chance to discover who they already are.

Inside the sketchbook pages, you’ll find body-inclusive croquis templates designed across a wide range of shapes and proportions: pear, hourglass, oval, rectangle, inverted triangle, and more. Every template is intentionally minimal so creativity gets to lead. No distracting details. No prescribed identity. Just open space for ideas, experimentation, storytelling and self-expression. The book also includes designer bio prompts, collection-building exercises and reflective activities that encourage storytelling through design.

This book was created for aspiring designers, artists, students, dreamers and anyone who has ever wanted to explore fashion creatively without feeling boxed in by traditional standards.

Whether you’re sketching dramatic runway concepts, everyday personal style, or discovering your artistic voice for the very first time, POWER FORM gives you room to imagine more expansively.

Because creativity changes when people feel included in it.

And confidence changes when people feel seen.

This project exists to make design feel more accessible, more inclusive and more human.

Power Form is for the future designer sketching ideas at their kitchen table.

For the student learning that creativity doesn’t belong to one body type.

For the artist rediscovering joy through experimentation.

For the parent searching for tools that encourage confidence instead of comparison.

For anyone who has ever felt unseen by traditional fashion spaces.

This is your permission slip to create bigger.

To explore without perfection.

To take up space creatively.

And to remember that great design doesn’t come from fitting into one standard... it comes from expanding what’s possible.
